Motors will be shipped to the address indicated on the order.

You acknowledge and verify that the address(es) provided with your order is/are a valid, accessible and deliverable physical address(es).

Any shipment that is undeliverable, undeliverable or otherwise undeliverable due to an unknown or incorrect address shall not constitute a waiver of any term, provision or condition hereof. Shipments are made through our Forwarding Agencies and the customer will be informed of the same and the details at the time of shipment. The motors will be shipped within 24/48 hours after confirmation of payment.

If for any reason we do not have the requested material (lack of stock, holiday period, etc ...) will be communicated by e-mail or telephone indicating delivery date.

The shipping price for Spain (peninsula) is free.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in the free shipping promotion.

Are the arrival dates of pending orders guaranteed?

Arrival dates for backorders, provided they are in stock, are provided by the shipping agencies and are estimates only. Estimated arrival dates and availability are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping and Exceptions.

Free shipping includes standard ground shipping or freight within the Peninsula in Spanish territory. Standard ground shipping will be delivered to a residential or commercial gateway. Standard freight will be delivered to the address, either at the entrance or on the street.

All fuerabordas are NOT intended for export outside the European Union. Fuerabordas.Store will not be responsible for any export documentation, authorization or certification. Fuerabordas.Store will only ship outboards to an EU address in compliance with the manufacturer's policies and regulations.

We will contact you before your order is shipped in the event that your order is subject to additional freight charges. You will have the option to pay the additional freight or cancel your order - in either case, you will need to email your confirmation so that we can release your order for shipment, or cancellation, as the case may be. Your order invoice will be corrected to show the appropriate freight cost.

Delivery Signature Requirement.

All outboards must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a post office box. The delivery signature requirement may not be waived and shall not be used as cause to waive or otherwise alter any cancellation, refusal of delivery or undeliverable shipment provision of the terms and conditions of this site.

Damages for shipping and transportation

Damage caused by freight and shipping must be reported to within three (3) calendar days of receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to note any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the outboard has been damaged, the buyer must note the damage before signing the delivery receipt. The customer may not refuse delivery of the outboard on the basis of damage. In the event of shipping or freight damage, the customer shall retain and safeguard all factory packaging, including, but not limited to, all outer packaging, all internal Styrofoam, bubble wrap and cardboard carriers. In the event that a product has been damaged during shipment and has been properly and timely notified, will file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage to or loss of goods beyond the control of shall not be considered a basis for waiver of the cancellation and refused shipment provision contained herein.


Cancellations / Refused or Undelivered Shipments

This section applies ONLY to all purchases that have been processed but have not yet been received by the buyer. If delivery of merchandise has occurred, please refer to the "PRODUCT CHANGES AND RETURNS" section below. All purchase cancellations will require a written cancellation request via email. Any order that has been charged to the buyer's credit card (specifically at the time the charge is settled by, and regardless of when the charge is posted to the buyer's account) is considered processed for the purposes of this section and this website. If your purchase has already been processed, a restocking fee will apply. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all parts. If an order has been shipped, all shipping charges (including original shipping charges AND shipping charges to return the product(s) to will also be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from any credit issued. For all refused or undeliverable shipments, a 10% restocking fee will be applied in addition to all transportation costs, including, but not limited to, the cost of storage assessed to by the appropriate carrier used to ship the merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges

All our outboard motors are new and come directly from the factory, therefore the return must be made within a maximum period of 14 days according to the current law and will only be accepted returns provided that it comes packed in the same condition of delivery, in its original packaging without any damage, with service manuals, owner's manuals.

Product returns and exchanges must be requested in writing via email. You will be provided with an exchange/return authorization number that must accompany the return. If your purchase has already been processed, a restocking fee will apply. If an order has been shipped, all freight charges both to the buyer's requested destination and return to's shipping location will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from any credit issued. can assist in the issuance of callback labels for returns and exchanges, however, freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please allow three (3) business days for your exchange/return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. No product will be accepted for exchange or return, nor will any refund be granted, without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by prior to the return of the products to

Physical Limitations

First of all, you must take into account all circumstances related to handling, transporting, starting and transporting an outboard motor. The weight and pulling force required to properly transport and start an outboard vary.
